Anglers Lodge - The Premiere Alaska Fishing Lodge on the Kenai River

Premiere Alaska
Fishing Lodge

It’s unanimous! Anglers Lodge was the right place for our family to be together for our fiftieth anniversary celebration. We can’t thank you and your staff enough for sharing your know-how and know-when with a variety of ages.

— Gordon & Sally B.
Our rooms are clean, heated, carpeted, with phones, coffee makers, and mini-refrigerators.  Most of our rooms have two double beds but we also have rooms to accommodate singles and triples.  The rooms have private baths and daily maid service.

Out of respect for our Non-Smoking guests, the Lodge and Rooms are No Smoking areas.

We have family-style service of fresh Alaska seafood, beef, fowl or pasta, complimented with all the trimmings.

Breakfast is continental style: hot coffee, juice, cereal, bread, and fruit. Lunches are provided in the Lodge or packed for boat trips.

Outdoor Hot Tub at Anglers Lodge, Kenai Peninsula, Sterling, Alaska

The 8-person outdoor hot tub is available to all guests at Anglers Lodge so make sure you bring your swimsuit; towels are provided.

After a day of fishing, there is nothing like a soak in a warm hot tub to take those little aches and pains away!

Before or after the evening meal at the Lodge, the camp fire area is a great place to swap stories about the day's fishing adventures!  Wood is always available to start the fire and keep it going.  Relax around the camp fire and roast marshmallows or make S'Mores! Whether you choose the hot tub or the fire pit area, it's a great place to end the day.

Daily maid service is provided at the Lodge.  In addition to making sure your bed is made daily and you have a fresh supply of towels, Kelsey, Emma and Katie also help in the preparation of your lunch and/or dinner, set out breakfast foods, and make up all those coolers full of sandwiches and snacks for your fishing trips away from the Lodge. When not inside the rooms or Lodge, they are tackling the endless array of outside chores.  You'll find these young women, all college students, to be friendly and more than willing to do whatever they can to make your stay at the Lodge as pleasant as possible.
.Kelsey, a lifetime Alaskan, has just completed her first year at Corban College, in Oregon,  with a major in Music and English.  This is her second summer at the lodge and she is the lodge entertainer with weekly camp fire sings.

Emma just completed her freshman year at Western Washington University where she is working toward a degree yet to be decided!   She is a Soldotna resident and a long time Alaskan.  It will be her second year at Anglers Lodge.

Katie was born and raised in Alaska and has just completed her freshman year at Corban College in Oregon. She is a psychology major looking for a degree in counseling.  She is a first year employee of Anglers Lodge and is part of the camp fire singers!
