Ed's Kasilof Seafoods is a local fish processing business that will pick up your Alaska salmon and halibut, cut, vacuum pack, and freeze it for you while you are here. They will store it until you are ready to leave. The charge is about $1.45 per pound (boxing and shipping are extra). They will pack your fish in boxes up to a weight of 50 pounds, the maximum allowed by the airlines.
They come out to the Lodge every night for pick up and will have it boxed for you to take home as luggage, or will FedEx it, if you choose. Click on the Kasilof logo to send them an email if you have any questions. They also have a wonderful selection of Alaska Gourmet Seafood!
