Banana Split Desert

 

Combine to make crust:

2 c. vanilla wafers crushed

1 stick butter - melted

 

Beat on high for 15 minutes:

2 eggs

2 sticks butter

2 c. powdered sugar

 

Spread over crust.

 

Place vanilla wafers on bottom, 3 – 4 bananas, 1 can crushed pineapple, mixture, and top with whipped cream and chopped nuts.

Just want to thank you one more time for a great time. We only had one day to fish but Aaron was able to put us in the holes with his special egg recipe and we were able to hook three Kings, land one one and watch our new friend Tom catch the Kasilof River camp record 44 pounder. I talked to people who live in Alaska and fished all season without catching a King. The food was excellent, the room was clean and very comfortable and my wife who is not much of an outdoor woman was very comfortable all the time, even while in the drift boat, thanks again to Aaron.
