1 Angel Food or Yellow cake mix
1 5-oz. pkg. Vanilla instant pudding
1 ½ cups milk
1 pint sour cream
1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling
Cool Whip, optional
Bake cake mix according to instructions on the box. Cool completely, then cube or slice cake and place in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Blend pudding with milk. Add sour cream and beat until smooth. Spread over cake layer. Next, spread pie filling over pudding layer. Chill at least 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping (optional).
Note: Frozen Angel Food cake is easier to cut.
