Angel Delight

1 Angel Food or Yellow cake mix

1 5-oz. pkg. Vanilla instant pudding

1 ½ cups milk

1 pint sour cream

1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling

Cool Whip, optional

 

Bake cake mix according to instructions on the box.  Cool completely, then cube or slice cake and place in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Blend pudding with milk. Add sour cream and beat until smooth. Spread over cake layer. Next, spread pie filling over pudding layer. Chill at least 3 hours.  Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping (optional).

Note: Frozen Angel Food cake is easier to cut.

The accommodations were very nice, the meals were delicious and our guides did and outstanding job of helping to catch fish. The trip was great and I would like to return and bring my wife with me on the next trip.
