1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 14 oz. Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 12 oz. Butterscotch Caramel Topping
1 Pint Cool Whip
3 Heath Bars, crushed or 1 Cup of Hershey's Skor English Toffee Bits
Bake the cake according to directions in 9 x 13 pan. When done, poke holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon, and add other ingredients in order listed above. Refrigerate.
