3-5 Tablespoons of butter
1 Pkg. of Top Ramon noodles, discard any flavor packet
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup salad shrimp
Dressing:
1/4 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons sugar
In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the crushed noodles. Fry until lightly browned, then add to the chopped cabbage.
Mix together all the dressing ingredients, and pour over the cabbage mixture just before serving.
