Seafood Fettuccini
Using enough butter to coat the bottom of the pan, sauté mushrooms, onions, garlic, basil and parsley in a large frying pan.
Add wine, sour cream, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the sautéed ingredients. Bring to almost a boil. Add small chunks of halibut and uncooked shrimp and scallops.
Cook until fish is just done. Don’t overcook the fish because it will become tough. Thicken sauce with cornstarch thinned with wine. Add enough to thicken sauce. Serve over fettuccine noodles.
