- Halibut, cut into serving-size pieces, skin removed
- Place halibut in bottom of 9x13 pan, and sprinkle with:
- Lemon pepper, to taste
- Dill seed, to taste
- Garlic Powder, to taste
- Chopped onion, to taste
In a bowl, mix together:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
Pour over top of fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
