Baked Alaskan Halibut


  • Halibut, cut into serving-size pieces, skin removed
  • Place halibut in bottom of 9x13 pan, and sprinkle with:
  • Lemon pepper, to taste
  • Dill seed, to taste
  • Garlic Powder, to taste
  • Chopped onion, to taste


In a bowl, mix together:

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese


Pour over top of fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
