- Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper, garlic and basil.
- Refrigerate for an hour or so.
- Mix equal parts of Progresso Parmesan flavored breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Roll fish in bread crumb mixture.
- Fry in olive oil until brown and fish flakes.
Note: Another option is to roll seasoned fish in garlic butter, then into corn flake crumbs, and fry in olive oil.
