Fried Alaskan Halibut

  • Sprinkle fish with lemon pepper, garlic and basil.
  • Refrigerate for an hour or so.
  • Mix equal parts of Progresso Parmesan flavored breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Roll fish in bread crumb mixture.
  • Fry in olive oil until brown and fish flakes.

 

Note: Another option is to roll seasoned fish in garlic butter, then into corn flake crumbs, and fry in olive oil.
