- 2 lbs. Halibut, cooked and flaked
- 2 medium cans chopped green chilies
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Jalapeno juice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
Place all of the ingredients in a crock pot and warm until the cheeses are fully melted. Serve with chips or crackers.
Note: This makes quite a bit of dip, so unless you are serving a lot of people, you should consider cutting this recipe in half.
