Baked Alaska Salmon

  • Place fish, skin side down, on a large piece of aluminum foil.
  • Sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic and chopped onion.
  • Cover with barbeque sauce; place a few pieces of jalapeno pepper on it if you wish.
  • Seal in foil.
  • Bake 20 minutes or until done.
  • Note: This is good for fish that gets a little old in the Spring!
