2 Tablespoons salt
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Teaspoons pepper
2 Teaspoons celery seeds
2 Teaspoons paprika
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon onion powder
½ Teaspoon chili powder
¼ Teaspoon cumin
¼ Teaspoon fennel seed (I have never used these but you can try it)
Mix together. Rub over salmon an hour or so before putting on the barbeque. Don’t over cook fish; barbeque just until it flakes.
